This March at The Gasometer Hotel

Situated in Collingwood, VIC, The Gasometer Hotel brings a month full of live music shows that caters the best, newest local talent.

The Gasometer Hotel band room features an atrium with retractable roof, a top-notch sound system, and mezzanine seating. You can grab booze and cheap eats in the front bar before the show. Jaala – Tuesdays in March residency with Kardinal

Jaala will be taking over the Gasometer Hotel for a month-long residency of explosive live performances every Tuesday in March.

Fresh from a 2015 national tour with Tame Impala, an upcoming second headline tour including a slot at Golden Plains 2016 is the one and only Koi Child (WA). Sex on Toast had a wild 2015. We spent much of it cooling ourselves down on boats, brushing our hair & investigating the seemingly never-ending well of funk & boogie singles from the late 70’s and early 80’s. Different sets every week!

The Fumes – album launch with La Bastard & Ivory Elephant

Riff-rockin’ blues kings The Fumes have reignited with a fierce energy and a new line up, and are set hit the road to launch their ‘Bloodless’ album this March reaching the Gasometer on Thursday 17th March.

Friday 18th March
Jordie Lane & Band – single launch with Sweet Jean & Leah Senior

Melbourne’s own, Jordie Lane, returns to Australia after over two years of international touring, to release the first single from his eagerly awaited third album, with a Melbourne Only live launch show at The Gasometer Hotel.

Saturday 19th March 
Nick Lovell – single launch with Running Young and Hana Maru
Tickets $10 on door.

Matinee show 2-5pm.
Combing 90’s garage rock and earnest folk, Nick Lovell’s newest album is a journey through burdensome states, where banjos, angry guitars and walls of harmony meet. The album’s first single, Sweet Jesus, is released in March and will be launched at the Gasometer Hotel, with help from Running Young and Hana Maru.

Almost a year on from when this baby began, PBS 106.7FM is proud to present the twelfth edition of Jamaica Jump-Up at the Gasometer Hotel on Saturday, March 19 – this time including a tribute to Jamaica’s funk, soul and reggae era of the 60s and 70s.

Those Pretty Wrongs (USA) with Two Am I (Tim Rogers & Davey Lane) plus DJs Woody McDonald & Fraser A Gorman

Those Pretty Wrongs is Jody Stephens, the former drummer of Big Star and Luther Russell, former frontman of the ’90s L.A. band The Freewheelers. Their beautiful union started when Jody was asked to sings a few songs for a screening of the ‘Big Star: Nothing Can Hurt Me’ documentary.

Totally Mild with Jessica Says, Suss Cunts and guests.
