The Sydney Tower Eye Gets A Lindt Chocolate Makeover

In celebration of Easter, the Sydney Tower Eye has partnered with world-renowned chocolate makers, Lindt, to create a chocolate replica of the structure that is 1:100 in scale. The two metre chocolate sculpture of the Sydney Tower has been hand-crafted by Thomas Schnetzler, Master Chocolatier at Lindt Australia and will be ready just in time for the arrival of the Lindt GOLD BUNNY.

The process began in the Lindt Chocolate studios in Melbourne back in February where bespoke moulds were carefully filled with 12.5kg of delicious dark chocolate to create the turret of the tower. Painstaking detail and over 40 man-hours went in to finishing the sculpture.

The Sydney Tower Lindt chocolate sculpture will be at The Sydney Tower Eye overlooking the beautiful city of Sydney from Wednesday, 20 March to Sunday, 28 April.
