Lowtide bring their dream pop soundscapes to Melbourne’s Toff In Town in February where the Aussie Shoe-Gazers will unveil new material. After the release of their debut EP ‘You Are My Good Light’ in 2010 the band have toured and even headlined New Zealand’s Low Hum festival. Support features Ladydreams , Glaciers, Darren Sylvester and Montero.

Julia Holter live at The Toff In Town

Los Angeles based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Julia Holter is touring Australia for the first time with The Toff In Town hosting an exclusive show. Fresh from touring with Sigur Ros and performing the Andy Warhol museum the hypnotic songstress touches down at The Toff on Wednesday 6th February.

Love Story

Kicking off at 11:30 pm every Thursday at The Toff, Love Story is one of Melbourne’s biggest summer club nights featuring rotating Indian summer DJ’s playing all the tunes you love to party to. Free entry every week until 4am, this is summer as it should be!

PopRocks

Pop does rock at The Toff on Friday nights with all the club classics and guilty pleasures, the songs that you really shouldn’t like anymore but you definitely do being played throughout the night. 8 hours of non stop hits spanning decades as far back as the 50’s and as recent as now, Disco, Rock, Hip-Hop, House, Dance, Club and everything in between is played unashamedly until you cannot dance anymore. Entry is free, party starts at 9pm

Yeo ‘Sell Out’ Album Launch with special guests Francolin and Dot.Ya

Come down for a dance at Yeo’s latest album release. ‘Sell Out’ looks set to build on the young artists promising early work with his exciting meshing of musical styles leading to comparisons with Pharrell Williams and UK future garage golden child James Blake. Support at the launch comes from experimental Brisbanite Dot.ya and Melbourne party animals Francolin.

Paul Greene & The Other Colours with special guests Carter Collins and Jed Rowe

Having ghost-written for many in Australia’s current music industry, Paul Greene is now firmly doing his own thing as a songwriter, performer, vocalist and multi-instrumentalist. Forming a song writing duo with Midnight Oil front man Rob Hirst as ‘Hirst and Greene’ he has also collaborated with James Blundell, Jim Moginie, Nick Barker and Greg Arnold.
