This Weekend At Mustang Bar

The Mustang Bar have yet another jam packed weekend in store. This Friday, Adam Hall & The Velvet Playboys will be performing their mix of jump and jive with a legion of swing dancers. Later on in the evening will be Flash Nat & The Action Men who are an electrifying 6-piece band covering all musical styles from disco funk to rock ‘n’ roll. Rounding up Friday will be DJ James MacArthur on the decks until late.

Saturday sees five-piece combo Peta Lee & The Deacons on from 7pm who will be delivering high intensity blues and roots music. And later on are Mustang favourites, Milhouse, a young cover band who cruise through the genres with the perfect playoff between male and female vocal. Their extensive set works its way through ’70s classics right up to current radio hits.

Finishing up the weekend at The Mustang Bar will be a massive Rockabilly Shakedown, showcasing three of Perth’s best rockabilly bands. You can catch, Johnny Law and the Pistol-Packin’ Daddies then Bang Bang Betty & the H-Bombs and finally Rusty & the Dragstrip Trio. DJ Holly Doll will be spinning the best rockabilly tracks at the start of the evening.
