Follow us on Google News

It’s a fiesta! On March 5th, Cookie will be holding their fourth Market to celebrate one of our favourite Mexican cocktails, the Margarita!

Our very own Margarita señorita Airiel, has prepared six unique takes on the classic cocktail. Combining Cookie’s housemade syrups, salts, and ingredients with the best tequilas from across the land.

Including; Toasted coconut, coriander and kumquat, Tumeric salt, Frangelico, honey, Star Anise salt, hibiscus, Grande Marnier (orange and cognac liquor), Taco chili salt rim, fresh capsicum and capsicum syrup, ancho Reyes, Cookie’s Classic Margarita, and Cookie’s Tommy’s Margarita.

Each cocktail will be paired with Tequilas from Tequila Tromba, Don Julio Tequila, Olmeca Tequila, and Fortaleza Tequila.

On the day, Cookie will play host to representatives from each of these renowned Tequila houses, there to impart their wisdom and offer up some rare product for you to enjoy.

Kicking off from 1 pm, the head cocktail maker will be there to guide you through on how to make the perfect Margarita.

If Margarita’s aren’t for you then stay tuned for Cookie’s next monthly market.
