Skate in Federation Square this Winter

Get your skates on and take a spin around River Rink in Fed Square this winter, open everyday from 1st – 23rd June 2017.

Bring your family and friends along for a skate while enjoying a picturesque backdrop of the Yarra River and the Melbourne city skyline.

For first timers or those unsteady on their skates, you can hire a 70cm high skating aid from the Box Office to help you stay upright. (Skating aids are available on a first come first served basis.) If you need to recharge your energy levels, there’ll be a great line-up of winter warming food and beverages on offer, including hot chocolate and mulled wine, throughout the season.

Be sure to wear your winter warmers and jackets to prepare for Melbourne’s classic ‘four seasons in one day’ weather!
