Daily responsibilities include
Manage all incoming calls to business;
- Meet and greet of clients
- Co-ordinate board room and meeting room bookings and refreshments as required;
- Front of house maintenance matters and escalating any major issues;
- Managing fax, email and Mail coming to the front desk;
- Courier management;
- General admin support other admin staff as requested.
Your skill set should include:
- Previous experience as receptionist/administrator in corporate environments would be highly desirable;
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written;
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel;
- Proven ability to manage a busy workload;
- Can do attitude and happy to get job done even the smaller tasks of the job;
- Business corporate attire for professional appearance is essential for client facing roles.
