Perth may not be everyone’s first destination when they come to Australia, but it should in now way be left off of your itinerary. However long you’re in Australia, come to Perth and you will find plenty of shopping opportunities, great dining experiences and venues to unwind after a long day. To make the choice of where to head to first easier, here are the places that we can’t get enough of this month…

Bar De Halcyon

Nestled into Perth’s small bar hotspot of Wolf Lane, Bar De Halcyon brings a distinct fusion of Spanish and local flavours to this popular little laneway. As Perth’s first pintxos venue, Bar De Halcyon serves Tapas-style snacks on skewers, with an emphasis on self-service and a mixture of everything. Make sure you don’t skip over the traditional Spanish oxtail, spicy lamb and smoked salmon empanadas, Wagyu burgers or the roasted beetroot and goat’s cheese.
