Toolroom Records’ Weiss Set To Tour

Weiss Interview Australian and New Zealand Tour

One of the biggest house artists to spring from the UK in the last 5 years, Weiss (pronounced vice), will be lighting up Aussie shores this coming winter.

Weiss captured the house scene in 2013 with tracks like My Sister and Guitar Man, and since has grown to become an ambassador for the genre itself. Literally. Alongside names like Mark Knight, Weiss was chosen as a leader of Toolroom’s #RESET campaign, a business re-brand which will see the esteemed label going back to basics in an effort to continue well into the next decade.

Kicking off his Australasian tour at Geisha Bar in Perth on Friday June 3rd, Weiss will continue to Chinese Laundry in Sydney the next day, before heading to Revolver Bandroom in Melbourne on the Sunday June the 5th. After that the producer will head off off to New Zealand for shows in Auckland on the 9th June, and Queenstown on the 10th of June. One plane journey later he will then return to Oz for the weekend for shows at TBC Club in Brisbane on the 11th June and Our House in Launceston on the 12th June.

Packing out venues across the UK and Europe with fun beats, clever samples and deep grooves, Weiss is one of the bigger names on the global underground circuit to hit Australia this year.  If house is your thing and your around, make sure you check him out…
