The mains might be limited to lunch and dinner, but the snacks, share plates, salads and stacks at King St Brewhouse (pictured) are available from 11.30am ’til late, and are good reason enough to head inside and settle for a late afternoon lunch. The Ploughman’s Board is stuffed to the edges with bresaola, Spanish jamon, salami, cheddar cheese, seeded mustard and much more at $25, while the Sydney Rock Oysters can be enjoyed in one of three ways for half a dozen at $16 or 12 at $32. Take your choice of brew out to the beer garden and watch the sun go down as day turns to evening while you eat your late lunch in Sydney.

The Sailors Club
Not only providing diners with round-the-clock hunger salvation from the lounge bar, The Sailors Club is also in a stunning location at Rose Bay Pier on Sydney Harbour.
