JUST FOR LAUGHS SYDNEY’s latest major announcement is packed full of international and local artists. JUST FOR LAUGHS AUSTRALIA: LIVE series will return for its 7th year with six shows in the Studio Theater, Sydney Opera House and a new host, Nick Cody! Nick is a stand- up comedian and actor that has been consistent in selling out shows around the world – all while becoming a regular fixture on television and radio at home in Australia. He has racked up rave reviews at many comedy festivals in Australia as well as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Soho Theater in London. He has also performed numerous times at Just For Laughs Montreal and New York Comedy Festival. His Australian television appearances include Please Like Me, Have You Been Paying Attention, Talking ‘Bout Your Generation and Hughesy, We have A Problem.The JFL Australia: Live shows will feature up to thirty-two top Australian and international comedians. The series will be recorded for television and will premiere on Foxtel’s Comedy Channel later this year .JFL Sydney is thrilled to announce that due to incredible demand a second JUST FOR LAUGHS ALL-STAR GALA has been added on Saturday, November 2 at 9.30 pm at the Concert Hall, Sydney Opera House.. The highlight comedy show of the festival will feature an incredible line up of international and Australian comedians, once again hosted by one of Australia’s favourite funny men, Dave Hughes and featuring very special guest Judith Lucy, RANDY FELTFACE at The Studio, Sydney Opera House – November 2 Six months ago, Randy embarked upon a global pilgrimage of self-discovery. He is now back in Australia for his triumphant Just For Laughs Sydney return as he reports back with the kind of amusing anecdotes and biting observations that have earned him the title of World’s Most Entertaining Non-Human Comedian.Randy has spent fourteen years carving out a felty niche on the international comedy circuit. He has given birth to seven critically acclaimed solo shows, been nominated for best comedy at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, played an eight week off-broadway season in New York City and featured on both the Neil Patrick Harris and the Jane Krakowski Television Galas at the Just For Laughs Montreal Festival.
