Leading hospitality recruitment company, TSS are looking to fill a 457 visa sponsored position of Bakery Production Manager in Lismore, NSW.

TSS Recruitment are on the look out for a Production Manager with background in Artisan Breads, who can lead by example and take on full responsibility of the bakery.

Their client is both a retailer and wholesaler of breads, cakes and pastries.

How to apply for Chef Jobs in Australia

The successful candidate will be “hands on” and oversee the team of;

• 1 x baker
• 2 x baker pastry chefs
• 3 x pastry chefs
• 1 x apprentice pastry chef

What the client is looking for;

• A baker with very good ‘artisan’ knowledge (i.e. sour dough; fermented doughs such as ciabatta)
• Sound pastry chef skills would be a bonus but not essential
• A good people manager
• Lead by example
• Set high standards
• Have had management experience (i.e. rostering the bakery staff over a 7 day a week operation)
• Note that the bakery is closed public holidays.
