Application Support Analyst l Moidern Office l CBd l Asap start Jobs in Sydney Our client is a large enterprise and they are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst for an immediate start on an ongoing contract assignment, based in the CBD.

My client is looking to speak to candidates who can provide high-level hands-on support with Business Applications and a CRM Applicationacross a complex and highly integrated organisation. You will be a part of a small team which will be managing the support of all the existing business applications and also performing a variety of ad hoc tasks.

As part of the role, you will support the organisation by providing hands-on technical support, assistance and training across the business.

What’s on offer:
• Provide on-going application support to users
• Supporting a CRM application called Accelo
• Respond to customer support calls within the SLAs with the highest level of customer service
• Use product knowledge to troubleshoot customer incidents
• Provide level 1 to 3 support to the customer
• Complete other duties under direction

Preferred Candidate Background
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Access or other database applications.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL query and Microsoft Office package (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Effective communication, written and oral
• Must be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Active learner; ability to quickly pick up systems and processes both technical and non-technical
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
• Proven experience in a similar role supporting business applications and help desk support
• Demonstrable and comprehensive experience of 5+ years’ as a Application Support Analyst
• Previous Experience supporting CRM/Workflow applications is desired
• Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills
