- Style: Modern interpretation of a weatherboard bungalow
- Floor Area: 485sqm
- Structure: Brick, Concrete, Steel & Timber
- Construction Awards: Master Builders Association Award for Contract Houses, 2004
Cleverly designed, this Watsons Bay house is a modern interpretation of the 19th Century weatherboard cottages of Watsons Bay. The seemingly modest scale of the building from the street transforms into a spacious interior flowing across three levels.

Wherever practical, recycled materials were used to capitalise on their unique character and environmental sustainability.
