Lendlease Samsung Bouygues Joint Venture (LSBJV) has been selected to deliver the M4-M5 Link Tunnels. Construction is expected to take four years to complete. They are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Tunnel and Construction Workers qualified for the following positions: 

• RH Operator
• Fitter
• Bolter
• Electrician
• Shotcreter
• Truck Driver
• Loader/Excavator Operator
• General yard crew and labourers.

Construction Lead

As a member of the construction team, the successful candidate will work with a project team to support all efforts that go into building a WeWork space. The majority of the focus of the Construction Lead role is during the build-out execution, so a great deal of time will be spent on site reviewing plans and conditions with general contractors, vendors, and other team members.

Construction Manager

Manage the technical contractual scope of the project and functionally lead the project construction team Responsibilities. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Direct and coordinate activities required to achieve safety and environmental compliance in accordance with established contracts, agreements, policies, laws and procedures. A minimum of 5 years but preferably 10+ years’ experience in railway signalling engineering.

Qualifications & Competencies

BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field & 10+ years overseeing mining, well field and/or processing construction activities. Additionally possessing an excellent safety track record including familiarity with federal, state and local regulatory agencies as well as EHS standards.
