Live music Waywards at the Bank Hotel Sydney Australia 24th October There’s always something awesome at The Bank be it music or beer. It is the perfect place any night of the week as waywards is open all seven days of the week. 

Re opening

The reopening is scheduled for 24th October and the new layout has increased the room capacity from 150 to 250 and with it comes a fresh approach to booking. The launch party line up includes West Thebarton, Sunscreen and Raave Tapes. Other highlights in the calendar include; DJ Levins’ consummate nostalgia factory, Rhythm of The Night, effervescent pop chameleons, Micra, and the percussive, synth-driven sounds of Retiree.

Waywards  have sourced and installed a powerful d&b audiotechnik sound system to take the rooms sound to the next level. They are set to do bigger shows and wilder parties to take us late into the night. 

Monday

Trivia with Felicity Frockaccino

Hilarious Drag Diva Felicity Frockaccino brings her big queer questionnaire to the public bar at the Bank every Monday at 7 pm. The perfect cure for the Mondays is sass, laughs, and prizes.

Kill The Keg

Every Monday the resident Lord of The Brews, Tom, will descend into the darkness of our cellar to choose a craft keg for sacrifice to all that is hoppy and the cost is $4.

Thursday through Saturday, live music rocks the Waywards stage with late-night DJs taking the reigns after 10 on Friday and Saturday. .

Micra is the combined project of Bulgarian born and raised singer-guitarist Ivana Kafedjiyska and Australian guitarist-producer, Robbie Cain and fellow Australian Kevin Parker.

Low slung g-funk intonations and dirty south bouncers feel equally at home amongst Leeroy’s contemporary flows and experiences of South West Sydney. He is supported by 2oolit, Mowgli May (3hr set) and Tulett.
