Sydney Job Alert: Change Manager Our client is one of the larger Government agencies and currently experiencing transformational change in nearly all departments within it. The major programs of work have funding approved and will continue for at least the next two years. Located in Sydney CBD and acquiring high performing project professionals from all sectors makes this opportunity desirable to those wanting to work in an achievement orientated environment.

The Team

Your direct team members will be a pool of Change Managers delivering to an already made change strategy and delivering Change as a service, managed by a Director who also is responsible for other project competencies. More broadly, the team will consist of PM’s, BA’s, Developers and Testing consultants. This business unit has been created over the past year and more than doubled in numbers and forecasts to grow further with a healthy pipeline of work.

Required Experience

• Recent and demonstrable experience as a Change Manager working on transformational programs/projects
• Good understanding of the impacts technology can have to business and manage communication plans to relevant audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management experience and can influence without authority.
