The Role

- Maintaining the front desk at all times
- Attending to all phone calls and relaying messages
- Liaising with Barristers and clients
- Arranging medical appointments
- Maintaining meeting rooms
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Opening and closing files
- Maintain client reports
- Assist with overflow typing
- Arranging couriers
- Ordering stationery
- General administrative duties
The Candidate
To be successful for this varied role you will have:
- Proven legal experience in a Reception or Administrative role
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Confident, personable and approachable
- Corporate presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
