THE ROLE
Supporting at Partner level within the Financial Services & Funds practice group, you will take responsibility for:

• High volume, complex billing and expenses
• Organising travel, conferences and functions
• Creating and amending documents
• Liaising with clients
• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Handling correspondence
• High Volume of opening matters and managing files
• Ad hoc secretarial duties

THE CANDIDATE

To be successful for the role you must have:

• Previous Legal Secretarial experience
• Experience using a billing software
• Flexibility to work on tasks outside of your position description
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively
• Immaculate presentation
• Ability to work autonomously
