We urgently need an experienced administrator to attend a Board Meeting of one of our clients and take minutes.

The role is based in Liverpool, and there is parking on-site. As the Minutes Taker for the board meeting, you will be responsible for minuting the meeting and distributing the minutes to attendees.

To secure the role, you must have prior experience taking minutes and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A lucrative rate is on offer.

Role requirements:

Due to an increase in workload, they require two leading hands to join their business across a number of sites in the Sydney metro area. You will be working directly under a Site manager and responsible for managing trades and subbies, implementing safety, and QA.

Skills required:

You will be trade qualified and have exposure to commercial construction, ideally with a mid-tier business. Your construction experience will be broad, and you will have worked on projects from civil, structures, facade, through to finishes. This is an ideal role for candidates 3-4 years out of their apprenticeship.
