Sydney Job Alert: Project Coordinator Reporting to the General Manager, your focus as project coordinator is to manage any new projects from end to end, after a sale has closed. You will liaise closely with the sales teams, onsite project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project delivery occurs on time and within budget.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Utilising Salesforce to set up client files and update a project’s status
- Being a point of contact for clients for questions, concerns, or updates
- Purchasing, ordering and managing deliveries
- Ensuring invoices are updated and processed through Xero
To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience within administration or project coordination. You will have a keen eye for detail, a demonstrable ability to react quickly to change and solve problems, and a strong talent for effective communication. You be highly organised and love completing tasks in the long- and short-term.
