The Role: Through sustained growth and in support of our strategy for expansion, our Sydney Branch has a position vacant for a Delivery Specialist. The role will see you earn similar rewards to a Business Development Manager, but you will focus on identifying & building talent communities for ongoing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source passive Candidates for roles through networking and headhunting
• Attract active job seekers through platforms such as Seek, Linkedin and Company website
• Build and refine a hotlist of top quality candidates
• Partner the Business Development team in building and maintaining a contractor book
• Interview Candidates for critical / permanent positions
• Organize Interviews a manage the complete candidate communication through the recruitment cycle
• Conduct reference checks for successful candidates
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

About You

• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or working in a sales role
• Confident in your own abilities, competitive by nature, comfortable talking on the phone
• The ability to work autonomously & The drive to succeed and be part of a team
  Previous experience in successfully reaching targets will be beneficial
• Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success
• Being ambitious and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities for this role
• An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
