Sydney Job Alert: Registered Nurse (Backpacker Opportunities) Bower YNA is a well-established and highly respected nursing agency that has been supplying  Registered Nurses to private and public hospitals around the Sydney metro area since 1996 (previously as Nightingale Nursing). As part of the national YNA Group, we can now assist travelling nurses with work all around Australia.

With the seasonal peak demand upon us, we are now desperately seeking additional experienced Registered Nurses (a minimum of 12 months post-grad experience essential) for shifts with popular and conveniently located client hospitals throughout the city and its surrounds.

Our modern Bondi Junction location and friendly, casual approach, makes us the ideal agency for backpacking nurses visiting from overseas. Several of our Consultants are ex-pats themselves, and all have nursing backgrounds and have worked as casual agency nurses, so understand the agency business from both ends of the ‘phone. Our hospital clients are keen to receive new Registered Nurse referrals from us and will also consider you for Assistant in Nursing (AIN) roles initially if you’re waiting for AHPRA registration.

Essential requirements:

• Work rights in Australia
• A minimum of 12 months post-grad clinical experience
• Compliance with NSW Health’s vaccination policy
• Current AHPRA registration (or in progress, if you want to work as an AIN)
• Eligibility for National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check clearance
