Some of the roles that we are looking to fill include:

Insurance

• 4x insurance Legal Secretary vacancies for boutique practices
• 1x Part-time insurance Legal Secretary (15-20hrs per wk) up to $80,000 pro rata
• Paying $45,000-$80,000 pkg

Corporate

• 3x Corporate Legal Secretary vacancies
• Intermediate – Senior experience for mid-tier and global law firms
• Paying up to $85,000 pkg

Property

• 2x Property Secretaries (one Junior and one Senior)
• A global and a mid-tier law firm
• Paying up to $80,000 pkg

Litigation

• 3x Litigation Secretaries for boutique and global practices

Legal EA

• 2x vacancies with 2 boutique practices
• $90,000-$100,000

We also have opportunities working in Immigration, Wills & Estates and Dispute Resolution.

Requirements

To be considered for these and other legal support opportunities that we are recruiting for, you will need to have:

• Previous Legal Secretarial experience (any of law) OR a Certificate IV in Business/Diploma in Legal Services
