The practice of educating expectant mothers on the need for healthy eating and frequent checkups to ensure the mother’s and baby’s well-being.
Labour Support
Providing emotional support, teaching pain management skills, and checking on the baby’s health to mothers going into labour.
Help with Delivery
Having babies in non-hospital locations, such as homes or birthing facilities, is a common practice when access to hospitals is restricted.
Postnatal Care
Providing postpartum care to mums and babies, including assistance with nursing and information on how to care for a baby.
