Opportunity to be a part of a high performing team as a Senior BA where you would be responsible for analysing service planning business problems to define business and technical requirements along with designing tools, systems and process based solutions

The Role

• Analyse business & technical needs and develop and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop solutions to improve the existing business processes/ systems to drive efficiency
• Drive Vendor engagement and review and approve the functional specifications and technical documentation
• Draw testing strategies and defect triage processes for System Integration and User Acceptance testing
• Support project delivery in terms of developing training needs and change materials

• Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page, ensuring smooth delivery and transition to the BAU phase

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A Seasoned BA with strong experience in developing user requirements, functional & technical specifications, test cases & procedures and user documentation.
• Proven experience in User Acceptance testing management and governance
• Extensive experience in continuous process improvement, process redesign and change management
• Prior experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing stakeholders and vendors
• Strong knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)methodologies.
• Sound understanding of Applications Development methodologies(eg. JAD)
• Strong communication & documentation skills
