What’s on in Sydney New South Wales – City of Sydney Garage Sales Trails That’s right folks, Australia’s largest garage sale is happening this weekend. There’ll be thousands of garage sales all over the country on this day, salvaging items instead of sending them to landfills. This is a call to recycle fashion, reuse furniture, and go forward to reach Sydney’s goal of becoming more sustainable.

The City of Sydney is even having its own garage sales from 9 am – 3 pm at the grassed areas of Glebe Library and Surry Hills Library selling props, books, CDs and more!

To help you shop on the day, there will be a list on a map of the areas’ registered garage sales and even what they’re selling. The map will be available here and at City of Sydney businesses, libraries and neighbour centres the week before the event. And get this, you can even download it as an iPhone app!

You know what they say, one man’s trash is, well, your treasure. So, find that man- he has your stuff!

When: Sunday 10 April from 9.00 am to 15.00 pm
