What’s on in Sydney New South Wales – Jeans for Genes Day 2011

On August 5th, Looksmart Alterations will set up a pop-up jean shortening suite in Martin Place for Jeans for Genes day, raising money for the Children’s Medical Research Institute.

The company will provide standard jean shortening to Sydney-siders for just $5 for each pair of jeans you bring along, which is a pretty decent deal if you’re on a tight budget! All proceeds from the jean shortening on the day will go towards Jeans for Genes Day’s aim of $650,000 in donations which would push the national fundraising total to over $57 million since 1994.
