What’s on in Sydney New South Wales – The Vaccines

 These London based Rockers have journeyed over to Australia after the unprecedented success of their debut album “What Did You Expect From The Vaccines”

This gig is a sideshow performance to the festival Splendour in the Grass which is on this weekend in Queensland.

So for those that didn’t get a ticket to Splendour in the Grass, there’s no stopping you dressing in full festival attire, wellies, glow sticks, the lot and pretending you’re prancing around on the grass. The bouncers in the Virgin Metro Theatre are probably used to that sort of thing.

With elements of pop and punk embedded in their catchy songs, it’s no surprise that The Vaccines have been heralded as one of the most exciting acts to appear in 2011 so far.
