An exciting opportunity to join this industry leader in HR Administration role assisting with overflow of work. Based at Port Botany it is important you can drive this role and be available to work until end January 2018. This immediate starting role will allow you to have work over a quieter period of year.

Main responsibilities:

• Data entry into numerous systems to ensure the HR admin compliance
• Contacting employees for any missing documentation
• Using MS Word to ensure HR document creation
• Advert HR support to the HR Manager

What you need to bring to this role:

• Background in administration and ideally within HR related work
• Understanding of privacy and accuracy that comes with HR related work
• Ability to drive to the assignment as parking is provided and the public transport is limited
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
