Well that opportunity has arrived and my guess is that the response will be enormous. Situated in the Melbourne CBD, this hotel requires a competent Sous Chef with a background in cooking high quality pub food to join the team reporting directly to the Executive Chef and owner.

With a lunch and dinner menu providing traditional pub fare and wood fire pizzas, you will assist in the preparation and delivery of all items along with the management of the kitchen and its team of 5 other chefs. It is essential you have held a similar role and have exposure to banqueting and corporate catering.

The ideal applicant must be able to demonstrate previous stable experience in a Sous Chef role and be prepared to work 2 split shifts and 3 regular shifts per week although they will be almost only between Monday and Friday.
