To support the performance of the Health Service by providing a high standard of maintenance, repairs, inspections and alterations, to buildings fittings fixtures and recirculation. To provide efficient, reliable and cost-effective Plumbing service to the Health Service. To ensure maintenance of all Plumbing systems throughout the Facility.
Key requirements:
Trade qualifications as a Plumber Drainer and Gas Fitter; White card; Hold a Mixing Valve Licence (TMV); Hold a Back Flow Prevention Certificate (BPD). Demonstrated experience in maintenance of large building complexes, commercial, industrial and in a Hospital Facility or equivalent. Metal roof plumbing experience and the ability to read and understand schematic drawing.
Plumber
They are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Plumbers and Roofing Plumbers to join their team. This role will provide planned and reactive maintenance to their client sites. These duties include maintaining the flow and drainage of water, air and other gases by assembling, installing and repairing pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, troubleshoot, repair, inspect and maintain plumbing equipment, perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs in district facilities, repair or replace water lines, domestic recirculation lines, and install new plumbing fixtures.
Competencies & Qualifications:
Trade licence and or professional Hydraulics services must have a construction Industry White Card, 2 + years experience in plumbing & current Drivers Licence.
