My Client is seeking several System Analysts to perform high-level analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements and propose and create solution specifications for projects.
System Analysts to perform high-level analysis: Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects
- Create conceptual and logical business solution design (i.e. blueprint, solution design documents) and implement solutions to meet business requirements
- Work as an effective team member and support staff to achieve quality outcomes
- Experience with SAP CRM application is preferable
Experience Required:
- 5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in an ICT environment, with a proven ability to deliver complex systems analysis artefacts and deliverables, which may include:

- data models, process flows, messaging standards and screen design
- Instructions manuals and training materials
- Standard operating procedures
