Swan Valley winery Upper Reach begins its 15th summer season with twilight concerts to celebrate the vintage with the energetic salsa band Nueva Salsa. The Latin-American sound with its Cuban and New York salsa, cha cha, mambos, and bombas is aimed at making an audience dance.
