Coburg Night Market
The annual market is bringing more than 50 food and artisan stalls, as well as live music to Bridges Reserve. Previously the market was held weekly in the lead up to Christmas, but this year, the market will return for four consecutive days from Thursday, November 28 until Sunday, December 1.
Christmas Gin Market
For everyone else, there’s the Christmas Gin Market, which is back for 2019 after a stellar first year from 7th Dec to 8th Dec. Some of Australia’s best craft producers, including Patient Wolf Gin, the Craft and Co, Bass and Flinders Distillery, Blind Tiger Gin, Tiny Bear Distillery and more will be on hand over the weekend so you can pick up a bottle.
Meredith Music Festival
Get ready to disco ’til you drop, Melbourne. Meredith Music Festival is back again for some booty-shaking, sunny summer fun over December 13, 14 and 15. Topping the bill this year is Irish pop superstar Róisín Murphy, who will be joined by the likes of rapper and activist Briggs, German DJ Helena Hauff, heartbreak maestro Julia Jacklin and Melbourne’s own Amyl and the Sniffers.
